Refund / Replacement / Cancellation Policy

Our products are made to order just for you! As all items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items we fulfill. In case that your product is faulty or damaged, the wrong item was received, or there was a mistake with engravings you must contact us no later that 30 days of receiving it.  


To start a claim the first step is to contact us. Please go to our Contact Us page to send us a message. In most cases we send a replacement of the item. Refunds are at our discretion and considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • We don’t accept refunds or replacement if you changed your mind. Also we don’t make size exchanges in apparel (we provide a size chart in every product, is your responsibility to choose the correct size).
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it(original packaging). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected for a refund or replacement.
  • You will need to send us a photograph(s) as proof of the misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong item.
  • To complete your refund / replacement claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If an item is discounted, it can’tbe replaced  
  • The claim must be submitted no more than 30 days after delivery


After the replacement claim was approved we will notify you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Refunds are made only in if your refund claim is approved. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Don’t return an order without contacting us first. If you return a shipment without prior contact with us, then a refund or replacement won’t proceed. In a unlikely case that a return was necessary, you will be given a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number”. Please write this on the shipping label. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After reception we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.


Wrong Address - If you provided an incorrect address or the address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

We will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to the incorrect shipping address. You will be responsible for fees associated with additional delivery attempts.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Return to Sender - If the shipment was returned to our facility from the carrier (“Return to Sender”) you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Cancellations  - Once you place an order, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters like shipping address, engraving etc., please send us a message immediately through our Contact Us page so we can check whether such an option is available. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
