  • What is Mexicandoo?

Mexicandoo is a online store with UNIQUE products designed by a Mexican artist and/or made by Mexican artisan hands.

  •  Do you sell your products in other places?

We sell our Mexican handmade artisan products in Amazon.com. We have our own store in Amazon. You can find it in this link: www.amazon.com/mexicandoo

  • Where do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to the United States.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We partnered with PayPal, an American company operating one of the most secure online payments system in the world.

If you don’t have already an account all you need to do is go to https://www.paypal.com and click on "Sign Up." It’s  FREE to open a PayPal account and it only takes a few minutes.

Don’t worry, your payment will be secure!

You can link to your Paypal account your credit or debit card or even your bank account to make payments almost everywhere online.

  • What does shipping cost?

$8.95 flat rate or $17.90 "combined flat rate" (depending on the product mix in your cart) for orders under $75 (shipped to a single U.S. address)

Free items (just pay shipping) are charged the $8.95 flat rate for EACH item ordered.

FREE SHIPPING is valid on orders of $75 or more shipped to a single U.S. address, after promotions and discounts are applied. Taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. We strive at processing your order as soon as possible. From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider:

    Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a notification with shipping information.  

    Shipping: we offer standard shipping in U.S.A. and it takes within 2-10 business days.

    NOTE: Products might be packaged and shipped separately. This is normal procedure to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible.

    • What shipping methods do you use?

    All the shipping is done by reliable carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, DHL etc. Every order will have a tracking number so you can follow up at any moment.

    • Can I track my order?

    Yes! When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

    • Can I cancel my order?

    Once you place an order, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters like shipping address, engraving etc., please send us a message immediately through our Contact Us page so we can check whether such an option is available. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

    •  What is your return /refund policy?

    If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right!

    • Do you manufacture in-house?

    We do all of our design in-house (by Mexican artists) but we don’t do our own manufacturing. We partner with expert manufacturers, craftsmen and artisans for each of our products.
